Governers Plaza

ABOUT THe project

This 10th floor modern condo owns sweeping views of beautiful Salt Lake City.  These clients had been privy to many of the neighboring remodels in their luxury building and were disenchanted that all were essentially redone the same way.  We traversed beyond the boring box, as we always do, presenting exciting options: pulling the kitchen toward the light and then filling the resultant void with a spectacular walk-in pantry featuring a glass door.  An uninspired hallway became a dramatic destination of generous storage and wall paneling...boosting the bravura!  These clients both enjoy and pursue individual, disparate projects.  A focused office layout allows them these pursuits, yet still engenders the couple's connectivity.

Of Note — One of our favored materials is textured acrylic.  It illuminates glowingly and allows copious light travel while providing stability...and it is unique!  Observe the dining table, shelving and sliding office panels.
