This wonderful family wasn’t feeling fully confident with the designs they received from their architect for their new-build home. They asked us to review the architectural drawings and improve anything that didn’t quite feel right. We overhauled dead spaces galore, created gobs of additional function with far more sophisticated configurations, and suffused the whole plan with much more pleasant natural light flow.

Along the way we helped restore the confidence of these terrific new homeowners and got them genuinely excited about the home they were about to build.

Of Note — Mom and Dad wanted the kids to have a special “secret hideaway” for reading, games, meditating, or simply stealing away for a quiet moment. Together we devised the perfect tucked-away location, size, and format, complete with a charming round ship’s window. The result is a sweet, stealthy little room made for adventure and daydreaming.
